Sustainable increase in value

The management of the operating business is based on the company’s strategic approaches and is conducted via the four segments: Rental, Value Add, Development and Recurring Sales.

Overview of our business areas

Rental

The Rental segment combines all of the business activities that are aimed at the value-enhancing management of our own residential real estate. It includes our property management activities in Germany, Austria and Sweden.

Value Add

Value Add encompasses all housing-related services that complement our core rental business: maintenance and modernization services, as well as services closely related to the rental business. We are continuously expanding our own craftsmen organization, VTS, and investing in technical innovations.

Development

Development includes project development for the creation of new homes – starting with the purchase of land without a development plan and continuing through to the completion of new buildings and new construction on our own land through densification and roof extensions. This also includes the acquisition and energy-efficient modernization of properties with potential.

Recurring Sales

In Recurring Sales, individual condominiums or single-family houses in our portfolio are sold to private buyers. We have merged our sales activities in Germany and Austria to form one joint business area.
