We bear responsibility
Vonovia is helping to provide answers to the current challenges on the housing market. We are committed to greater climate protection, more senior-friendly apartments and a positive community spirit in our neighborhoods. In cooperation with social institutions and municipal authorities, Vonovia supports social and cultural projects that enrich community life. Vonovia is also helping to address a social issue that is particularly important at the moment: the construction of new apartments.
We are right there on site
We are on site and close to the people: Caretakers and our own craftsmen work in our properties to take care of tenants' needs. Being close to our customers ensures fast and reliable service. In addition, Vonovia invests generously in the maintenance of the buildings and develops housing-related services for a better quality of living.
Our 12,000 or so employees work to ensure that people have a livable home, both now and in the future.
