*This bond was originally issued by Vonovia Finance BV. Vonovia Finance BV ceased to exist when the merger into Vonovia SE took effect on 22 January 2024 and the assets and liabilities of Vonovia Finance BV were transferred to Vonovia SE by way of universal succession at that date. As a result of this universal succession Vonovia SE is now the issuer of this bond.
