Vonovia’s entire real estate portfolio across Germany’s 15 metropolitan regions is divided into two sub-portfolios: the rental portfolio – which accounts for the by far largest strategic part of the portfolio – and the small sales portfolio.

Our buyers include private customers as well as institutional investors in Germany and abroad. Vonovia sells its properties using its internal sales staff as well as via external sales partners.

The nationwide sales teams are supported by our experts in sales preparation and sales transactions based at our headquarters in Bochum.

Our sales team compiles the documents required to process a sale and assists potential buyers throughout the entire process until the final transfer of title. Residential property management is part of Vonovia’s business concept. This is why buyers can still choose to have their new residential properties managed by Vonovia if they so wish, even after the purchase has been completed.
