Bochum, 13 August 2026 – Vonovia, Europe’s leading housing company, is supporting the Berlin-based AI start-up Immoly in the development of a digital solution for property management. The AI platform is aimed at private and semi-institutional landlords as well as smaller property management firms, and thus operates alongside Vonovia’s core business. It makes management tasks simpler, more transparent and more cost-effective. The collaboration forms part of the company’s commitment to promoting digital innovation and young technology firms in the property sector.
Innovation and digitalisation are key priorities at Vonovia. Hence, Vonovia supported the founding of Immoly in 2026 through its own ‘Venture Studio’. The software supports young technology companies with set-up, financing and market entry. The aim is to promote innovation for the property sector as a whole.
Immoly is developing an AI-based platform for property management that can largely automate administrative processes. Vonovia supports the company as a strong partner from the property sector and contributes its industry expertise. The solution is not part of the operational IT systems of Vonovia.
Christian Glock, Venture Team Leader at Vonovia: “Artificial intelligence offers us new opportunities for the property sector. Through the Venture Studio, we provide targeted support to founders in developing innovative technologies. Immoly is an example of how digital solutions can simplify management processes for private landlords and property managers. Our aim is to drive innovation in the market and promote new technologies.”
Florian Tonner, founder and managing director of Immoly: “AI has now reached a level where proactive management is possible – with fewer errors and at a lower cost than many other solutions. We are delighted to have Vonovia as a partner and to enable private and semi-professional landlords to benefit from this development.”
Immoly uses AI as a digital assistant that automatically organises and manages processes and documents. The aim: less time-consuming, manual routine work; fewer tool and channel issues; and greater transparency. The result is a system capable of actively managing all properties.
